# Shipping Policy
At Eyelash Lights, we supply professional UV lash lamps, half moon lights, nail lamps, and beauty salon lighting products for global customers. Orders are shipped from our factory or warehouse in China.
## Order Processing Time
Most sample orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
For bulk orders, OEM orders, logo customization, or packaging customization, the production and processing time may vary depending on order quantity and customization requirements. Our team will confirm the lead time with you before production.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
## Shipping Methods
We support international shipping by express, air freight, and sea freight depending on your order quantity, destination country, and delivery requirement.
Common shipping options include:
- Express shipping: DHL, FedEx, UPS, or similar courier services
- Air freight: suitable for medium-volume orders
- Sea freight: suitable for bulk wholesale orders
Estimated delivery time:
- Express shipping: 3–7 business days
- Air freight: 5–12 business days
- Sea freight: 25–45 business days
Delivery time may vary depending on destination country, customs clearance, peak season, public holidays, or courier delays.
## Shipping Cost
Shipping cost is calculated based on product weight, package volume, destination country, and selected shipping method.
For online orders, the shipping cost may be displayed at checkout if available.
For wholesale or bulk orders, please contact us before payment so we can provide a more accurate shipping quotation.
## Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Import duties, customs fees, VAT, sales tax, or other local charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated.
The buyer is responsible for customs clearance and any import taxes required by the destination country.
For DDP shipping service, if available, our sales team will confirm the tax-included shipping quotation with you before shipment.
## Incorrect Shipping Information
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number, email, and company information are correct before placing an order.
If a package is delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the buyer, the buyer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.
## Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, we will provide tracking information by email or through your order page.
If you do not receive tracking information within the expected processing time, please contact us.
## Delivery Delays
We work closely with logistics partners to arrange shipment as quickly as possible. However, delivery may be delayed due to customs inspection, public holidays, severe weather, local courier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier services, but we will assist you in following up with the shipping provider.
